2 Minute Morning Power Smoothie

  • 1 Banana
  • 100-200ml of milk depending how thick you like it (we often use skimmed or almond milk) 
  • 1 teaspoon of either acai berry, spirulina or wheatgrass powder or a combo

Method: Simply pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend!
