When to take Spirulina tablets
We recommend that you take 6 tablets throughout the day, to get the best benefits we advise you take 2 tablets an hour before each meal in the day. Of course you may find that you don’t have time before breakfast or maybe you prefer to take less, it’s really up to you and you can try taking them at different times and see how it makes you feel.
Many people choose to take them every day while others choose to take them every other day. We don’t recommend taking anymore than 10 tablets per day.

Once grown it is taken and dried using a special process to ensure that all the nutrients are kept in top condition, it’s then milled to produce a fine powder.
