When to take Spirulina tablets

We recommend that you take 6 tablets throughout the day, to get the best benefits we advise you take 2 tablets an hour before each meal in the day. Of course you may find that you don’t have time before breakfast or maybe you prefer to take less, it’s really up to you and you can try taking them at different times and see how it makes you feel.

Many people choose to take them every day while others choose to take them every other day. We don’t recommend taking anymore than 10 tablets per day.

Weight loss: Take 2-4 tablets an hour before you eat, this will help curb your hunger and reduce the amount you eat

Recovery & Post workout: Take 2-4 tablets within 30 minutes of your workout

About our tablets

Our spirulina is grown in fresh water pools on a secluded islands in the south China sea, here the water is crystal clear and constantly monitored to ensure it’s exactly how it should be. Once grown it is taken and dried using a special process to ensure that all the nutrients are kept in top condition, it’s then milled to produce a fine powder. 

This fine powder is sold by us as well as then being transformed by pressing it into our tablets for those who simply want to take Spirulina supplement tablets rather than adding it to smoothies, other drinks and food. Each tablet is 100% pure and nothing else at all is added, so you can be sure you’re getting exactly the same as if you were taking the powder.

1. Spirulina is packed full of nutrients

This blue-green algae is a form of bacteria, now don’t let this scare you as it’s been consumed for thousands of years, at one time it was a staple in the diet of Aztecs and now even NASA are looking to get it growing in space!     Had previously opted for the powder however found that I wasn’t using it as much as I wanted so switched to the tablets, would recommend these for those who are busy people as it’s easy to take them before meals with water.
