How long do they last for?

Each product will have a best before date on, typically these are 1-2 years from the date you receive them. Products are best stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight and kept in the air tight packaging or other container.

Are your products organic?

Yes all of our products are organic unless otherwise stated, we are passionate about making sure nature is nature and not affected by chemicals. All of our products are certified organic by the Soil Association. 

Are they suitable for vegans/vvegetarians?

Yes, we make sure all of our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Where is the source of the products?

We source our products from all over the world in order to get the best quality, organic and tasty products for you. If you want to know exactly where the product is from we list it on each of the product pages.

How long do they last for?

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major debit/credit cards via PayPal, you don’t need a PayPal account in order to make a payment. We chose PayPal as they are one of the biggest and most secure payment processors in the world.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over £35 and £3.95 on orders below in the UK. For orders to Europe delivery is £4.95 and outside Europe delivery is £5.95

Does someone need to be in to get the parcel?

If ordering a single 50g product then these typically can fit through letter boxes so can be delivered when no one is in, for orders where more or larger items are delivered then someone will need to be in for delivery or your postman may deliver to a neighbour.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 24 hours and orders typically take 2-3 working days to arrive in the UK, 3-5 working days in Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is simple and can all be done via our website, simply select the product, add it to your basket and then go to the checkout page (see link at top of the page). There you can follow the instructions to checkout and pay.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you’d like to cancel or change your order please get in touch as soon as possible and we can do this if we haven’t dispatched the order already.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest if you would like. Creating an account can save you time when placing repeat orders and get you exclusive member only discounts.

Can I track my order?

You can check the status of the order via the Order Tracking page, here you’ll see if it’s been dispatched, we cannot offer a tracking number unless you’ve paid for tracked delivery.

I want to place a bulk/wholesale order?

If you’d like to place a wholesale order or buy in bulk please get in touch as we can offer you special rates.

Can I return an item?

We accept returns if they have been unopened and in ‘like new’ condition, note we you (the customer) will be liable to pay for the return cost. If the item is faulty we will offer a refund or pay for the return on your behalf.
